At Design House Stockholm, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Register Your Return
Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and state the reason for the return.
Pack the Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 10 business days of arrival.
